A club in Bo’ness has come up trumps for the local hospital, raising £300 towards astro-turfing and tidying up gardens at the rear of the building which have been created for patients.
Bo’ness Bridge Club was started by Sheila Cochrane in January 2014 and takes place every Thursday morning at Bo’ness Library. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and people have the opportunity to learn the game as well as play. The Club is a non-proft making organisation and it was decided, wherever possible, to give donations to local charities.
